Hello internet savvy persons "please don’t neglect your sleep for any reasons". On an average it is about 6-8 hours of sleep is necessary for all adults, but some individuals will feel satisfied with 6 hours of sleep, while there are others who feel that they definitely require more than 8 hours. Whatever keeps an individual ‘awake, alert and functional’ the next day is enough for him/her.
Here goes the Irish proverb – “A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor’s book and have best of both the worlds of sleeping and waking to a good day”. Many IT people lose their sleep in search of money , but at later stages only they realize all these money they earned are going to help only to cure the diseases which has been caused due to inadequate sleep. In this lifestyle, an adequate sleep will only make you to live healthy, wealthy and wise!
